I am primarily person-centred.

My experience and training mean I am also well placed to support therapists who may be working within other modalities.

I will facilitate a safe explorative space. You can be free to bring yourself as well as your therapeutic work

I work with individuals, individuals in training, organisations and groups and I offer reduced fees for students.

I am a counselling  trainer/tutor and so fully understand the requirements of the training environment.
